Kicking off the new year with a new leadership team, and continuing the growth of DC’s Service Design community.

We are service designers based in the San Francisco region exploring the critical intersection of climate and design.

Due to the high demand for master education in Service Design, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) decided to offer Switzerland's first Master program in Service Design.

Inspired by the global cooperation of the networks, SDN Switzerland joined forces with IxDA Zurich, to end the year on a high note with an event featuring speakers from the SD Global Conference

Over 100 participants from different cities of Ukraine got acquainted with the best cases of Ukrainian companies and presentations from the Service Design Global Conference.

This year’s Service Design Network’s Global Conference was held from October 10-12th in Toronto, Ontario. It was filled with service design practitioners from all over the world from all backgrounds.

Tarja heads the SDN Global Chapter Team (previously National Chapter Board) since 2014 and represents the local chapters in the SDN’s Leadership Team.
