Would you like to learn more about Service Design in Spanish? This event was held as a first introduction to what we experienced at the SDN Next Gen Conference, which took place online on April 11th. During this session, we explored the following: - The Mexico Chapter (Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Mérida) shared insights about the Service Design Network, its mission, and its global reach. - We were joined by Vannia Vera, Organization Subdirector at Santander Mexico, who spoke about how the company has implemented Service Design within its operations. - Camila Meade, representative of SDN Young Talent, also joined us to share details and invite us to the upcoming SDN Next Gen Conference happening online on Friday, April 11th. During the event, we also held a raffle and gave away a free ticket to the SDN Next Gen Conference.
Great to have you here. Together, we can share knowledge and learnings, and further strengthen our growing discipline.
