Istanbul Service Jam 2020

Istanbul Service Jam will be held online between 7 – 9 August 2020. Global Service Jam, which was held in Germany in March 2011 for the first time and spread all over the world since then, has reached more than 15,000 people with more than 900 events in over 200 cities. Istanbul Service Jam has been organized in Istanbul since 2011 and has developed many collaborations with other editions around the world. The event is open for everyone interested in areas such as service design, interaction design, customer experience. We’re looking for people, involved in an experimental spirit, aims to think, produce, prototyping, testing, and working around the theme set for that year for 48 hours.

Service Design Day- Service Design and Customer Experience in Covid-19 Period

In partnership with ATÖLYE, Service Design Network Turkey Chapter and CXPA Istanbul, the "Service Design Day" will take place on June 1. This online and interactive event will bring the ATÖLYE, SDN (Service Design Network) and CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association) communities together and offer participants the opportunity to meet with professionals in the field of service design. The subscription step is along with a link of a questionnaire, asking to not only the participants but also to all interested to reflect their opinions about the topics. The results will be shared on the event day. On the Service Design Day, where service and customer experience design professionals and enthusiasts will come together, design-oriented ideas will be developed on the new conditions brought by the COVID-19 crisis based on the project examples to be shared.
