Her expertise spans across various industries with a focus on transformational applications in product-service system.s She is the co-founder of Istanbul based service design company Bilende where she runs the service design unit. Prior to Bilende she managed software projects for banking, logistics, higher education in Veripark. She has been lecturing Interaction Design and Service Design courses in Istanbul Bilgi University since 2013. She is a PhD candidate researching on Service Design and has her BA degree in Economics and MSc degree in Software Engineering.
