Bengi is a T-shaped professional with 10+ years of experience in software and design. Her expertise spans across various industries with a focus on transformational applications in product-service systems. She is the co-founder of Istanbul based service design company Bilende where she ran the service design unit. Prior to Bilende she managed software projects for banking, logistics, higher education in Veripark. She has been lecturing Interaction Design and Service Design courses in Istanbul Bilgi University since 2013. She is a PhD candidate researching on Service Design and has her BA degree in Economics and MSc degree in Software Engineering.
Experienced Co-Founder with a demonstrated history of working in Customer Experience Design. Strong business development professional skilled in defining problems through understanding Persona, Customer Journey Maps, System Maps and Service Blueprints, Creative Problem Solving, and Human-Centered Design. Sonay worked in service and product design projects in automotive industry in corporate companies for recent 6 years in Istanbul. With Design Thinking approach she enrolled multi-disciplinary teams into projects which aimed to solve business issues with origins in customer experience and create new nevertheless better customer experiences which affect positively business results. She has been lecturing Service Design courses in Istanbul Özyeğin University since 2017.
Seran is a service designer with a design management and psychology background. Her professional passion is shaped around creating a better world for people by integrating human behaviour with design thinking approach. Currently based in Istanbul, she works at Bridgestone Turkey Entrepreneurship team; responsible for managing intrapreneurship and open innovation journeys and iterating the design strategy. -Setting the right platform to encourage innovative thinking and enable people in the company to share their innovative ideas and lead them to commercialize. -Network building and startup engagement management, within the design and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Turkey, in order to initiate interactions between Bridgestone and the outside world, leading to trigger creative and cross-functional mindsets.
