Our First Virtual Event!

Hungry for thought partnership and design conversations, members from the DC design community virtually gathered for our first web based event.

Members of the DC design community met virtually to talk the latest in service design and beyond. The Open Space Technology format allowed for organic conversations to blossom as attendees were able to suggest topics of interest and design their own agenda, all from the comfort of our own homes. The topics for the breakout session ranged from brainstorming around a project’s business value, getting creative to conduct remote field testing, and approaches in systems thinking. The evening concluded with a networking session and reflection on our experience with the event.

As one attendee stated: “Great sessions, interesting conversations, and fabulous people.”
