SDN is delighted to announce the Service Design Network Organisational Re-Accreditation of Service Design Academy (SDA) from 2022 – to 2025.

Great news, designers! Our call for the Service Design Award has been extended! You now have the chance to submit your Service Design project until Sunday, 3 July 2022 (23:59 CET)!

1st June is not only Children's Day but also Service Design Day which is a carnival for those who love service design.

The SDN recognises the authority and quality of China Bridge in the provision of service design education and qualification.  Founded in 2003, CBi China Bridge is an insight-based innovation consultancy firm that enables organizations to ‘bridge their next’ success in China by developing products, services and experiences, through insight-based innovation.

The SDNLF22 is an international virtual conference connecting the next generation of service designers. Open to all disciplines, our goal is to facilitate learning and push the boundaries of service design to foster growth, together in synergy.

In May 2021, Service Design Network Singapore Chapter (SDNSG) launched the first wave of our inaugural mentorship programme with 12 esteemed service design experts and aspiring service designers.

In today’s challenging world, the need for service design solutions was never greater. We are delighted to open a call for the Service Design Award 2022, the premier international award for service design. The Award recognises work of an exceptional standard in the field of service design from the private and public sector, as well as academia.

The Service Design Network Singapore Chapter joined forces with The Majurity Trust, Ideactio, and Nanyang Polytechnic, School of Design and Media to organize an open innovation challenge. Our aim is to bring together aspiring young design talents with like-minded individuals to collaborate in creating meaningful solutions through Service Design thinking and doing.

The Call for Papers for our next issue of Touchpoint is open! Submit your abstract by 12 March 2022 and help us to advance the service design field and its practices. We’re looking forward to many inspiring contributions!
