Theme: Owning your AI tools

In this presentation, we will share our insights gained from integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning tools into the practice of service design over the past 7 years. Our approach has allowed us to focus on more value-driven activities while using data science to mitigate efforts in other areas. By utilizing bespoke machine learning tools, we have helped our clients more accurately reach their targets, such as investing in better experiences or quantifying future impact.
