Service transformation is at the heart of this change with impacts being felt through new and innovative service experiences that serve people, the planet, and the invigorated organisations that deliver them. Can service design be the ingredient that not only increases the rate of transformation but also improves its quality and impact? To do this requires service designers to constantly challenge how we are innovating and leading through service design.

The 16th edition of our Global conference will take place in Berlin and also online. The event promises two days of interactive learning, keynote presentations, satellite sessions and in-person and virtual networking. The exchange of experiences, ideas and different perspectives with the open minded and creative service design community is the highlight of the service design year and a must for anyone interested in public or private sector service innovation!
