Lucy Kimbell is Associate Fellow, Said Business School, University of Oxford, where she has been teaching strategic design and design thinking to MBA students since 2005. She is also Arts and Humanities Research Fellow in the Cabinet Office Policy Lab and Principal Research Fellow at the University of Brighton. Lucy has been a speaker at our global conferences in Madeira and Berlin. Furthermore, she wrote several articles for our service design journal Touchpoint.
