［日本語版について］
本レポートは、Service Design Network から許諾を得て、株式会社コンセント Service Design Div. の有志メンバーによりオリジナルの英語版をもとに日本語版として制作したものである。なお、行政関係者をはじめより多くの方にとって読みやすいものにするにあたり、東京大学公共政策大学院の奥村裕一氏が翻訳原稿の監修をお引き受けくださった。多大な支援を惜しまれなかった奥村氏に心よりお礼を申し上げる。
