本国際会議は、通常のオーラルセッション、ポスターセッションに加えて、オーガナイズドセッションがあり、また、経済産業省「産学連携サービス経営人材育成事業」採択校によるサービス経営人材教育に関する特別セッションを計画しています。Keynoteとして、日欧のサービス研究の現状についての講演を行います。
