In 2026, we are bringing the international Service Design community to Germany, gathering both in-person in Wiesbaden, in the vibrant Frankfurt RheinMain region, and online for our virtual attendees. The conference will maintain its signature 3-day format, commencing on October 28 with workshops (requiring separate purchase once workshop registration opens), followed by two full days of inspiring conference talks, keynotes, and panels - on October 29 and 30.
