The Masterclass saw the coming together of 40 UX designers, educators and professionals from Government Agencies, SMEs, Finance, Education, Healthcare, Technology and Design Sector. RCA’s Facilitators, Dr Nick de Leon, Mr Bahbak Hashemi-Nezhad and Mr Clive Grinyer shared many practical and effective insights of the Service Design application in many industries. The outcome? Everyone collaboratively developed many creative service and product solutions using Service Design principles that are implementable at their workplace!

“As the youngest participant in this Course, I learnt so much in this intense 4-day course on hashtag#servicedesign! With incredibly knowledgeable and engaging lecturers from the Royal College of Art in the UK, amazingly conscientious and meticulous organisers from Nanyang Polytechnic, and a diverse and energetic group of participants from so many different types of organisations and industries. It was such a fruitful 4 days at NYP!”
