4-day Service Experience Design Masterclass 2018

Nanyang Polytechnic, School of Design, Service Experience Design Masterclass in collaboration with Royal College of Art from 12-15 November 2018.

Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Design jointly organised a 4-day Service Experience Design Masterclass with Royal College of Art (RCA), United Kingdom from 12-15 November 2018. The Masterclass saw the coming together of 40 UX designers, educators and professionals from Government Agencies, SMEs, Finance, Education, Healthcare, Technology and Design Sector. RCA’s Facilitators, Dr Nick de Leon, Mr Bahbak Hashemi-Nezhad and Mr Clive Grinyer shared many practical and effective insights of the Service Design application in many industries. The outcome? Everyone collaboratively developed many creative service and product solutions using Service Design principles that are implementable at their workplace!
