The Service Design Network (SDN) invites you to join our Service Design Practitioner Curriculum—now in its 12th edition—starting in May 2025. This comprehensive, six-module online course is designed to strengthen your core skills, expand your capabilities, and provide you with the SDN Practitioner Accreditation—a credential that sets you apart in the field.

 

What Awaits You:

  • Structured Learning: Engage in six interactive modules covering essential topics—from foundational principles to advanced methodologies.
  • Expert Guidance: Learn from Thomas Brandenburg, an SDN Accredited Master Trainer, and benefit from insights shared by guest experts.
  • Collaborative Environment: Participate in group sessions and supervision meetings that foster peer learning and support.
  • Flexible Schedule: Balance your professional commitments with a course structure that includes live sessions, self-paced study, and practical assignments.

  • Duration: May 8 – July 31, 2025
  • Format: Online live sessions complemented by individual and group work
  • Accreditation: Earn the SDN Practitioner Accreditation (valued at €460) upon successful completion
