Offline Service Design Conference in Kyiv

What happens if you gather 150 service design enthusiasts in one place?

The result is a mega-positive meeting of old friends and new acquaintances.

With bright cases, a lot of  ​​laughter, new acquaintances and meetings of old friends.

This is how the Service Design conference in Ukraine was held.

Thanks to the participants from Kharkov and Dnipro, Lviv,  Ivano-Frankovsk, Kiev, Vinnitsa and Poltava, Odessa and Chisinau.

Service design is part of the daily life of banks, insurance, retail, logistics. medicine, IT and manufacturing companies. Further more.

 

Conference results in numbers:

For 80% of participants, the conference exceeded expectations

88% have met old friends

87% made new acquaintances

Not a single participant left without a smile :)

 

Next year, we will prepare 1-2 detailed cases with a detailed analysis of tools and insights, hold a panel discussion with speakers and participants, and organize master classes on several tools. Most likely, one day will not be enough :)
