Spændende mulighed for at lære af forskningen i service design

Her til Maj i 2016 kommer ServDes - den fremmeste forskningskonfence indenfor service design - til København. Vi fra Service Design Network Denmark tror på at koblingen mellem forskning og praksis er afgørende for at udvikle faget.

Så er der åbent for tilmeldinger til ServDes2016 - den ledende forsknings konference omkring ‪#‎servicedesign‬ og ‪#‎serviceinnovation‬. En af key notes talerne er Christian Bason fra Dansk Design Center og af forskningsmæssige key notes er bl.a. Per-Anders Hillgren fra Malmö Universitet. Vi mener fra sdn-dks side, at en stærk kobling mellem praksis og forskning/teori er fundamentet for at styrke og udvikle fagligheden. Derfor vil vi gerne bakke op om denne konference og være med til at de to felter kan udveksle viden og styrke hinanden. Endnu engang får de danske SDN medlemmer en hjælpende hånd til at holde sig opdateret på feltet og udbygge sin viden - denne gang i form af en rabat til konferencen. Mikko Koivisto, pioneer of service design, chosen to receive the Ornamo Award

Service designer Mikko Koivisto has won the Ornamo Award of 2017. Koivisto, the Lead Service Designer and Customer Experience Director of the Hellon service design agency, is one of Finland’s first academically trained professionals in service design. He has been involved in developing this field both in Finland and abroad.
