Please note that a Replay ticket will give you access to all the recordings on RingCentral platform until October 4, 2025. After this date recordings will no longer be available.

Challenges posed by declining economies, global crises, and advancements in technology like AI are setting new demands on service design outcomes. Hence, the time has come to shift our focus from the design processes to achieving practical and future-forward impact with it. That is why our chosen theme for SDGC24 was "Designing for Impact - Strategic Leadership with Service Design". Focusing on outcomes over output, we use our tools to move the needle for organizations, leading to real, recognised value. During the conference we got in depth about how we make, measure and communicate the tangible impact of service design on technology, society, and the future.

The SDGC24 was held during three days full of workshops, interactive learning, keynote presentations, and in-person and virtual networking. Our goal was to bring the best in our industry together to share service design knowledge and new cross-disciplinary methods and thinking.

We are pleased to share that this year's Service Design Global Conference was our biggest hybrid conference yet!. The conference was held  in Helsinki and also online on the RingCentral platform. The event gathered 750 in-person and 500 virtual participants from more than 55 countries.
