A summary of the SDN Netherlands chapter event that was held on November 19, 2024

For the eighth time, the SDN Netherlands chapter organized an evening for the service design community in the Netherlands to gather and watch a selection of video presentations from the SDN Global Conference 2024, held the previous month in Helsinki. Attendees had the opportunity to share their insights from each presentation and connect with one another during and after the event.

We had the opportunity for a brief Q&A session with one of the speakers at the conference, Agnese Spona, who delivered a presentation titled "How Service Design Can Activate Innovation in Education."
