If you were at the Global Conference in Madrid, you would have heard that in early 2018 we’ll be publishing the first edition of an exciting new book. The Service Design Award Annual 2017 will be a celebration of the very best in service design featuring what has been identified as the highest quality and most impactful work with case studies of the winners and finalists’ work from the first three years of the Service Design Award.
The best of the best in service design and award-winning case studies
Many design disciplines have their award books but more than simply listing the winners and showing visuals of the work, this will feature detailed case studies on the challenge, approach, outcomes and impact of each piece of work, alongside interviews with the winners and commentary from the judges. Of course the book will also be a beautiful, accessible, useful, highly visual reference and record, there to inspire everyone designing, developing and delivering services – in fact everyone with an interest in service design.
