The SDN is incredibly pleased to announce that this year's Service Design Award finalists have been selected by our international jury of service design experts!

The Service Design Award, curated by the Service Design Network, was launched in 2015 in response to an increasing demand for high-quality case studies and academic output within the field of service design. As the first international service design award of its kind, we also recognise its contribution to the sharing of knowledge, experience and techniques, and reinforcement of the value of service design within both the public and private sectors.

Over 100 projects were entered this year, facing higher submission standards than ever before. Twelve projects in the three categories of Professional Commercial, Professional Non-profit / Public Sector, and Student stand as our 2019 finalists and represent the international benchmark for world-class service design. It is thanks to their exceptional work and project contributions that we are taking our industry to new levels.

The 2019 Service Design Award ceremony will take place during the Service Design Global Conference (October 10-11) in majestic Toronto. Winners will be announced and celebrated on stage.
