On October 9 – one day before the official start of the conference - we’ll look back at the many things that have been accomplished within the Service Design Network in the last year. Distinguished members of the global community will present talks and panel discussions to an exclusive and limited crowd on the inspiring work and on what’s trending in service design. There is exciting news to be heard and inspiring things to be seen on stage.

Also, we'll be honoring the work of our chapters with the SDN Chapter Award while showcasing the different approaches of our members spreading global awareness for service design.

The venue of this year’s Members Event is an awe-inspiring location on its own. Canada’s most prostegious university - The Rotman School of Management – is an institution with a history of training top thinkers and will be our host at its beautiful downtown location.

It will be a sight to behold with exclusive speakers and content, alongside lots of opportunities to catch up and network with professionals of different backgrounds from all around the globe. See for yourself how we celebrated the event last year here.

The day will be rounded off with the Members Reception providing exquisite drinks and snacks from the region, while giving you the opportunity to meet other members and growing your own professional network. This is already promising to be a day to remember even before the conference has officially started.

But keep in mind - this event is exclusively for SDN members and has limited capacity. You have to indicate while registering for the SDGC19 ticket if you are willing to attend this event.
