Call for Volunteers - Play a Role in the Creation of SDGC25

Want to take part in the most important event the service design community attends all year? We need you! Call for Volunteers is open until June 30!

The Service Design Network is at the height of activity in preparation for the Service Design Global Conference 2025 (SDGC25) taking place in Dallas, Texas from October 15-17, 2025. An absolute “must attend” for anyone passionate about the advancement of the practice of service design. We are actively in search of committed volunteers who want to support us bring this high-profile event to life!

By joining as an on-site or virtual volunteer during this annual occasion, you will become an important member of our SDGC25 execution team. With a variety of activities taking place throughout the three days, volunteers will have the ability to hear, see and experience the best that service design has to offer.

From AI to Synthetic Services

AI continues to disrupt our work as service designers, fundamentally changing the way we design, deliver and analyse services.
