650 global thought leaders and from 40+ countries gathered for the 7th Annual Service Design Global Conference to share the latest thinking, trends and best practices to empower change through Service Design.

SDN partnered with Parsons – The New School to host this year’s global conference in lively New York City, United States. Over 500 leaders and practitioners from around the world joined the event to explore and exchange the theme A Journey to Value.

The 9th Service Design Global Conference returned to the Netherlands. The event took place from 27th to 28th of October 2016 in Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek with 670 professionals from all around the world attending.

The Service Design Global Conference took place on November 2 and 3 in Madrid, celebrating its 10th anniversary. This year we were joined by 700 guests from 44 countries, making this a truly international event. We were delighted to host 44 presentations, 12 workshops and 80 speakers from around the world. The official programme was complemented by an extensive offer of side-events, with the much anticipated exclusive SDN Members Event on November 1.
