Marzia is an author and design leader

​About Marzia Aricò

​Marzia is a Business transformation consultant, design leader, coach, speaker. She has a PhD in design for organisational change and shares her knowledge in her newsletter Design Mavericks.


Marzia is the author of a graphic novel published by BIS Publishers depicting the stories of leaders driving change in organisations through design.


Before that Marzia worked as a Managing Director at Livework studio, the first Service Design agency in history.


In her career Marzia worked as Design Director, Lead Service Designer, Innovation Consultant, Head of Innovation and Design, Innovation Analyst in various companies all over Europe.

An event part of the Swiss Service Design Week 2025

From Monday 26th of May until Sunday 1st of June 2025 we celebrate the Swiss Service Design Week. A week where daily the community meets to learn and exchange about Service Design.


From Monday to Saturday we meet remotely for lightning talks. On Sunday we celebrate the official Service Design Day by meeting on-site in Switzerland's capital Bern for a day of workshops, talks and community hangout moments.
