Chapter events - South Africa

We are the South African chapter of the Service Design Network International, which aims to expand the awareness, reach and utilisation of Service Design in South Africa. We are hosting this event as official launch event to announce the establishment of our chapter and introduce our current practices of Service Design. We would like anyone that has a curiosity around Service Design to attend.

Service Design is a new discipline that has the potential to change business and our country, for the better. It's a structured way of determining how companies and organisations operate and interact.

Join for us the launch of the South African chapter of the Service Design Network with international speaker Jessie Grimes (Senior Vice President of the Global Service Design Network, and is Editor-in-Chief of the SDN journal Touchpoint). This exciting new field offers potential realisation to any kind of organisation and the Global Service Design network aims to grow and share this capability worldwide.
