Post COVID-19 Action Plan 

Mark Vanderbeeken, CEO of Experientia is passionate about getting beyond conversation around COVID-19 and moving into real action. He has consequently, developed a “Post-COVID-19  action project” as a means to engage fellow members of the service design community to come together to map out potential scenarios as we move ahead toward a brighter future. His ideas go beyond the economic implications of COVID-19 but look to dive into the environmental, social, psychological and political forces also at play.

As part of our Service Design Day line-up, we have invited Mark for a sit down with SDN Vice President Jesse Grimes to discuss the project and his next steps towards creating tangible plans, participants and partners.
