I'm Iliana, a design thinker and transformation strategist with 12+ years of consulting experience—most recently at the intersection of cybersecurity, behavior change, and organizational design. My work lives at the crossroads of systems thinking, storytelling, and social impact. I’m passionate about designing experiences that not only work but also heal, empower, and connect—especially for underrepresented communities.
I’m currently exploring how service design can shape safer, more human-centered digital ecosystems and would love to connect with others working on complex systems, ethical tech, or behavior-driven innovation.

To me, service design is more than a method—it's a mindset and a commitment. It’s about turning great ideas into systems that people can actually use, love, and build upon. It’s the bridge between vision and impact—where intention becomes action and legacy. Through service design, we democratize knowledge, improve access, and create more inclusive, human-centered experiences. It’s a way to reshape how we live, work, and connect, with empathy and equity at the core.
