‘Touchpoint’ Now Available on Medium

The SDN is proud to announce that we're now making selected articles from each new issue of Touchpoint available on Medium. Doing so helps fulfil one of our goals of spreading knowledge, insights and awareness of service design to the wider world.

Thanks to the rapid growth of Medium as a resource for high-quality writing on a vast variety of topics, and its intelligent recommendation algorithms, we are bringing more and more people in touch with the excellent content that each issue of Touchpoint contains. In fact, shortly after joining Medium, we got recognised by the platform as a top writer in 'Innovation'!

We have always selected two or three articles from each new issue and made them freely available to everyone, by publishing them in the Community Knowledge section of our website, and also on Issuu. We'll now publish those same articles on Medium as well. For those looking to read the full issue, don't forget that this comes as one of the many benefits of being a paid members of the SDN, or you can buy individual issues in PDF or in print form.
