Congratulations to our SDGC17 Service Design Day ticket winner Orange Bus!

In appreciation of your enthusiasm and creative responses to Service Design Day we held an SDGC17 ticket giveaway for the most shared and liked twitter post on June 1st. The competition was open to any individual or organisation from anywhere in the world who posted on under the hashtag #ServiceDesignDay.

It was a close race between the thousands of fantastic posts and hundreds of activities happening on June 1st. Today we say congratulations to the one lucky winner of our SDGC17 ticket giveaway Orange Bus. They are a digital service, experience and strategic design company based in the UK who have shown their love for service design through their great post.

Orange Bus celebrated the art and fun spirit of service design with their beautifully illustrated cake. Clearly it was a big hit with our community, we are only sorry we couldn't try a slice! We can't wait to meet your representative at SDGC17 in Madrid this November 2nd-3rd.

We would also like to say a big thank you to the two runners up for most popular tweet on service design day; OpenChange who hosted a service design workshop to imagine the next two years for social enterprises in Dundee in partnership with Creative Dundee. Thanks for sharing your inspiring service design sketches, make sure to check out their great mural and posts from June 1st @OpenChangeUK.

Our other runner up was Livework with a highly popular post about their Service Design Day celebrations. We loved the energetic and community oriented mindset @Livework promoted on June 1st. Check out  on twitter to see how they used June 1st as an opportunity to design healthcare services.

This issue of Touchpoint answers an ongoing need in our community to learn from each other - as well as those outside our field - to confidently apply AI, as well as know where it should be avoided.
