Participation is free, and all levels of Service Design practitioners are welcome. Even if you are living outside of Switzerland you're more than welcome to join this remote webinar.

After the keynote presentation, you'll have the chance to exchange ideas and ask questions during a Q&A session.

The webinar will take place on Wednesday September 13, 2023 from 17:00-18:00 (Swiss Time). As for any Swiss event, please join 5 minutes before so that we can start in a timely way.

About Emmanuel Fragnière
Emmanuel Fragnière is a professor of Service Design and Innovation and the director of the CAS HES-SO in Treasury Management at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO Valais).
His research is focused on the development of design techniques for the service sector in general and, more specifically, applied to the energy and tourism markets.
