Chapter events - Switzerland

Join us for a webinar on “Setting the scene with Service Design” with the inspiring Emmanuel Fragnière! Learn how theatre can be used as a powerful tool and approach to prototype future services.

After the keynote presentation, you'll have the chance to exchange ideas and ask questions during a Q&A session.

Date and time

The webinar will take place on Wednesday September 13, 2023 from 17:00-18:00 (Swiss Time). As for any Swiss event, please join 5 minutes before so that we can start in a timely way.

This event is co-organised by the HEVs HES SO and the Swiss Service Design Network.

Who can join?

Participation is free, and all levels of Service Design practitioners are welcome. Even if you are living outside of Switzerland you're more than welcome to join this remote webinar.

Discover the approach

To get a sneak peek of the approach, you can already discover a paper on the usage of Theater for Service design in a paper called “Performing service design experiments using ethnomethodology and theatre-based reenactment: a Swiss ski resort case study”

This paper was written by Emmanuel Fragnière, Benjamin Nanchen and Marshall Sitten, published in Service science , 2012, vol.4 no.2, p.89-100
