On June 1, 2021, as part of the SDN's activities to mark Service Design Day, we are holding a special event connected to the publication of the most recent issue of Touchpoint, the journal of service design. In that issue, thought leaders from the intersection of service design and systems thinking were brought together to share their perspectives, techniques and case studies on how the more analytical approach of systems thinking can benefit our work as service designers. During this roundtable, Guest Editors Josina Vink and J. Tuomas Harviainen and Editor-in-Chief Jesse Grimes will be joined by several authors, who will share their contributions and the themes touched on in the issue. The event is free and open to all.
