Following the launch of the most recent issue of the SDN journal Touchpoint, we are pleased to announce a free, online roundtable event featuring guest editors and authors, to be held on July 13 at 17:00 CET.

How does one really measure something as amorphous as ‘experience’? It's a question that remains a perennial challenge for the service design community, and also the topic of Touchpoint Vol. 13 No. 1.

A selection of authors from the many excellent articles in the issue will be present to share their thoughts, as well as some editors for the issue. After brief presentations, a Q&A session will be held, including questions from the audience.
