This one day event celebrates the art of delivering lovely and human experiences. We will be living workshops, hosting talks from experts and meeting Service Design family members.

The event will be hosted in Siders, in the middle of the Swiss Alps, and will also be available remotely for our international friends.

The guest speakers

Maaria Tiensivu

Maaria is the founder of KNOW-ME a coaching service that provides provides teams, organizations and individuals with personalized growth paths to help them tackle their greatest challenges for productivity, collaboration and wellbeing.

Pascal Wicht

Pascal is a strategic design consultant and founder of Whispers & Giants, a design research studio that specializes in navigating through “post-normal times”, an era overwhelmed by large-scale problems that refuse to disappear and multiply rapidly. Pascal has worked with organisations like Logitech, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Daimler, and the World Economic Forum.

Christine Staïesse

Christine co-leads the work of the Salvation Army in Hungary as an associate Regional Officer. Christine has lead community and social work initiatives for the Salvation Army in Switzerland and the United States.
