Don’t miss this special opportunity to learn how the Volvo Group Innovation Lab utilizes Service Design to drive digital service innovation across their brands in North America. We are excited they are opening their doors in Mountain View to the SDN SF chapter and you all.


Doors will open at 4:45p and the event will start with a happy hour including snacks and light dinner (Mediterranean), covered by the small fee we have requested. We will then have a discussion with Volvo Group on why and how they utilize Service Design within their organization. We will wrap up with time for networking.
