Agenda

This course is divided into three extended lectures. The overall topic "Service Design for Social Wellbeing" will be the baseline for all three of them. Overall, you will learn more about how service design can be used to make the invisible visible. By that Milla means that we can use service design to make invisible people seen and heard and through doing that we make invisible problems visible. And by that, we can use service design to co-create new solutions for social wellbeing.
