What to expect?
Be aware, simple is not always good. Complexity requires complexity. A business strategy has to meet the requirements of its complex environment.
But how do we deal with complexity? Problem framing or refraining! That is, complex or complicated content that is not being simplified, but thoroughly designed and newly ‘framed’. In this way, we better understand, better absorb, better digest and internalise the content.
Participants will learn about the importance of problem framing, later using a template to create their own statement in 5 steps.
