Monse is one of the leaders of the Service Design Network Guadalajara.
Today she works as a Service Designer at Bucle®, a consultancy she founded in Mexico focused on intangible assets, combining service design, business strategy, and intellectual property.
She’s currently part of a residency with the Ministry of Culture in Jalisco, where she’s leading two projects: one to develop a methodology for apology and repair in services, and another to bring Service Design and visual thinking to children in rural schools.
Monse also coordinates the SDN–ISSIP alliance, with a special focus on creating shared spaces for the Latin American Service Design community. She teaches Service Design for non-designers and runs specialized workshops like Figma for Service Designers from her own studio.
Before that, she worked as a consultant designing the academic support model for ITESO University, as an academic program coordinator for a government innovation platform, a customer service analyst, business process operator — and even as a frontline service representative.
She knows the service reality from the ground up and has designed across all levels — from operations to strategy — always with a human and systemic lens.
