Hello! I’m Tommy, an outcome-driven designer of human experiences for over 15 years. The last 10+ years, I’ve been focused in the retail vertical at scale, leading, managing, and mentoring designers. I’m venturing into a new vertical, learning more about Fintech. My passion is helping to create engaging experiences that exceed both business and usability objectives through Human-Centered Design (HCD), collaboration, generative research, and validation. 


I possess a unique combination of expertise in visual design, usability, user experience (UX) design, user research, information architecture, user interface (UI) design, front-end development, and strategy. I also offer the rare ability to communicate complex technical topics and solutions to non-technical audiences through different visual and physical mediums. Having worked in a variety of business industries, markets, and enterprises, I adapt seamlessly to any company culture. I thrive when faced with complicated problems and eagerly welcome experience design challenges.
