I'm a Human Centred Designer and lateral thinker • I spot opportunities others don’t by challenging the status quo and creating holistic connections across complex digital platforms, services and brands. I do this through research and strategy - implemented with empathy and vision.

I’m currently undertaking a Professional Diploma in Service Design at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, with the ambition of transitioning to designing for public service and non-profit organisations.

To me, service design means...
Service Design means trust to me. As service designers we have a responsibility to design services inclusively, for everyone - to do no harm, and leave things in a better place than we find them. My drive is to design services so they are usable, accessible and so that information and knowledge is freely available.
