Piia Innanen is a principal service designer and co-founder of Palvelumuotoilu Palo Oy, a Finnish service design consultancy specialising in complex organisational development contexts. With over a decade of experience in service design and a long background in UX design, her work focuses on turning fragmented, multi-stakeholder challenges into meaningful, user-driven and actionable solutions.
Piia has extensive experience working with e.g., municipalities, libraries, higher education institutions, social and employment services, and third-sector organisations.
