About Mari Arnover

Profile

I'm a service design strategist helping public institutions and private companies create more meaningful, human-centred services. I first fell in love with service design over a decade ago – and since then, I’ve been practicing, consulting, and teaching it across sectors.
I also teach service design at the master’s level at the University of Tartu Pärnu College, where students consistently highlight the clarity, practical relevance, and inspiration of the course. It’s a privilege to contribute to the next generation of designers and changemakers through applied learning and real-world challenges.
I also share my passion on my podcast, which is in Estonian, titled "Mida kliendid tahavad?" ("What Do Customers Want?").
Let’s connect and share what works (and what doesn’t) in the real world of service design.
To me, service design means...
I see service design as a way to bring humanity, emotions and flow into services.
