Design is my passion, technology is my motivation and service design and user experience is my main intrest.
I belive in people, in their kindness and that in cooperation we can accomplish more than alone. Co-creation is the key to bigger achievements.
I have been working as head of the department with 15 people, have been client happiness manager in creative agency. I run family business with my husband, bring hundreds of people to Estonia to discover our sea by sailing and organize trips to blue waters for estonians. I have two years experience as CEO in charity foundation organizing smaller and bigger events to collect charity for our foundation.
Currently working as UX Strategisist in Pipedrive. My responsibility areas are cross-functionality, cross-team collaboration keeping focus on our users their needs and expectations.
Pipedrive is a cloud-based software as a service company. It is the developer of the web application and mobile app Pipedrive, a sales customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
I have graduated from Estonian Business School in business management, studied economics in Tartu University and graduated Estonian Academy of Arts in design.
