My skills are at the intersection of service design, business analysis and project management.

Service design gives the big-picture view of the whole experience, while business analysis dives into the data and nails down those detailed processes. Project management then pulls it all together to actually get complex stuff built and launched.

I love both talking to people, as well as hiding behind the 2 screens of my working station for a couple of days to research or prototype some stuff.

With a degree in Cross-Cultural Communication, I speak a common language across cultures. My experience in business analysis and project management makes it easy to chat with engineers.
