A few hours ago I was still in honeymoon with my wonderful and beautiful wife. Right now I’m in the airplane starting to write this article. Joining the Service Design Conference in the middle of my honeymoon is a weird idea. In fact, my head was so full of wedding stuff that I totally forgot to take the conference ticket, book a flight and book a hotel. This article is my little journey in how chaos is managed by the different services that I will use to join the conference.
