SDN Practitioner Accreditation

Interest to become an accredited service design practitioner?

The SDN is currently developing our Practitioner Accreditation programme, and we plan to launch it in early 2021. It will be aimed at people who have completed a minimum number of hours of qualifying service design training, which will have included practical case work. Alternatively, accreditation will be granted to those who have been educated at an academic institution whose curriculum meets SDN standards. Or if you have practiced service design for at least 1 year in a professional capacity. Furthermore, practitioner accreditation requires knowledge and a skill-set assessment which will be carried out by our global network of SDN Accredited Service Design Masters and Trainers. The Accreditation ProcessA straight forward process

STEP 1. REGISTRATIONLogin or create your free SDN Community Follower account to start your applicationSTEP 2. APPLICATION Complete your self-assessment, add testimonials and submit your application for review. Qualified applicants will be invited to a virtual interview within a four-week time frame. STEP 3. INTERVIEWTake part in a 30-40min in-depth virtual interview with members of the SDN Accreditation Committee. STEP 4. EVALUATIONReceive your evaluation within two weeks after the interview, which will lead to either your official accreditation or further recommendations for your future accreditation.
