The Service Design team at LinkedIn is responsible for improving the end-to-end experiences of our members, customers, and employees.

The Service Design team works across silos to develop an end-to-end understanding of the connection between front-end touchpoints & back-end operations across important, but less defined member, customer, and employee journeys. By understanding the holistic experience, we gain deeper insights into root causes and opportunities, which help us collectively design the ideal future state. We bridge the gap between the current and future state by prioritizing and delivering user-centric solutions that generate valuable outcomes for customers and LinkedIn.
