Your Tasks

User Research - You will plan and conduct qualitative user research and lead the analysis and synthesis process in German and English.

Conception - You will translate gained insights and information into value propositions, concepts and strategic frameworks.

Facilitation - You will moderate innovation workshops together with customers and work in various project teams.

Project management - You will manage stakeholder relationships and work responsively and efficiently within project timelines.

Sustainable Innovator - As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will constantly shape and develop our offering Sustainable Innovator.

Your Profile

• You are holding a degree in UX Design or are a career changer with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. from the fields of psychology, marketing, computer science or design thinking.

• You have several years’ experience with the service design process methodologies and know how to experiment with them to achieve the best outcome for each project.

• You are able to articulate and visualize your insights, ideas and concepts. Ideally, you have additional expertise in one or more of the following areas: User Testing, UI Design, Business Modeling, Prototyping, Data Visualization, and/or Visual Design.

• You know how to pass on your knowledge and guide younger colleagues. In addition, you are goal- and result-oriented and love to constantly improve your skills.

• Fluent German and conversational English skills are a must due to our project business.
