We are on the hunt for an experienced and talented Service Design Lead. As a lead, you will partner with stakeholders and manage a team of designers to move a portfolio of projects forward. Your portfolio may range from customer facing engagements rethinking affordable housing to internal facing projects building and spreading awareness of design principles. You and your team will be involved in every step of the process including design research, synthesis, prototyping, iterating, and launching pilots.
