Senior Service Designer
We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our Insight & Design team in London.
So what’s it about?
We believe that citizen-centeredness and design are crucial to successful urban innovation, and we follow a human-centered design approach to make sure that people and their needs remain front and centre in our work.
In order to do this, we’re looking for an experienced service designer and researcher based within our Connected Cities team who can support a variety of projects including European funded collaborations. The role involves collaborative research, with a number of diverse stakeholders, dealing with a variety of topics such as the sharing economy and digitally integrated environments. You will be required to understand the possibilities and application of new urban services.
We need a researcher and service designer who has both the right background experience and attitude to build productive relationships across the Catapult and wider project teams. Strong analytical skills are required as well as a can-do attitude to overcome potential barriers to the research.
