Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing high-quality solutions to achieve the service users’ needs, the customers’ objectives and the organisation’s EBITDA requirements.
• Owning the development of the solution for each bid, project managing from inception to conclusion
• Developing the overall vision and high-level design for the project and ensuring this is effectively communicated to the various stakeholders.
• Collaborating effectively with subject matter experts as well as the organisation’s operations, business development, financial, commercial and technical colleagues to achieve the optimal service design
• Proactively engaging customers to test understanding, refine requirements and develop tailored and compelling solutions.
• Building an understanding of the market and research trends and competitors to creatively and commercially design the organisation’s offer
• Reviewing current services and identify synergies with, and improvements to, other organisation contracts. Re-utilising capabilities wherever possible
• Working closely with the Mobilisation Team to design the processes to steady state operations and support an effective handover to mobilisation
• Identifying, reviewing and recording the specific risks associated with the opportunity including mitigations and cost implications.
• Contributing to the organisation’s best practice design methodology and supporting the upskilling of the organisations Business Development, Service Design and Operations teams with regular design workshops and training.
